Support Groups & Educational Programs

Regional Support Groups
Join our caring, supportive, and safe virtual support groups facilitated by experienced social workers and nurses. Share your stories, hear from others living with ALS, and find strength in community. While groups are regional, you’re welcome to attend any session that fits your schedule.

TLC: Talk. Learn. Connect.
Our educational series brings you expert speakers and practical discussions on community resources, care strategies, and effective approaches to living with ALS. Increase your knowledge and connect with others facing similar challenges.

Bereavement Support
For those who have lost a loved one to ALS, we offer specialized support groups on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 2:30 PM. Connect with others who understand your loss in a safe space for healing and remembrance.
